Treatment for Hayfever

If a beautiful, hazy picture of a meadow makes you instinctively want to hold your breathe and squint, like me you must suffer from hayfever!

I've been helping clients this month with a variety of hayfever symptoms ~ including feeling frustrated and low as a result of their physical symptoms.

By working the respiratory and immune systems, along with the adrenal glands, we can help to relieve some of the most common issues sufferers experience, like dry itchy coughs, sneezing and inflammation in the throat glands and eyes, even some less common issues such as itchy skin and tiredness.

If you're finding it hard to treat your hayfever Reflexology could help, working alongside other complementary therapies and medications well
