Those days between Christmas and New Year. Filling them with cooking recipes I've wanted to try for ages, drinking hot frothy drinks, long walks and general guilt free procrastination.


Today's dinner was roasted cauliflower and chestnut soup with toasted sourdough, drizzled with salt and olive oil. And a side order of Roscoe in the snow 🌨️
