Zo is trained to the highest level qualification currently available in the UK today, holding a Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology. She has received specialised training in Fertility/Maternity and Palliative care reflexology. Zo has gained years of experience treating clients with a wide variety of both physical and emotional issues.
Zo is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists; a fully insured, qualified practitioner.
She is continually developing her expertise in the field committed to continuous professional development. Zo has also received training from physiotherapist/reflexologist Gunnel Berry, on her Adapted Reflextherapy course. This form of reflexology is specifically designed to treat sub-acute to chronic spinal, muscular and skeletal injury, such as whiplash.

Reflexology Treatments
Foot Reflexology
My Foot Reflexology treatments are both deeply relaxing and informative. You will lie back in a cosy chair or massage bed and enjoy a 45minute treatment, using specially made Reflexology balms &/or oils. Before your treatment we will catch up with a 15 minute consultation surrounding your current health and expectations.
If you are looking to book a maternity/fertility/immune support/adaptedr eflextherapy treatment, you will book this treatment and simply specify your expectations when arranging your appointment.
Time in total: 60 minutes (Inc 15 min consultation)
For your first treatment I will book a longer slot of 75 minutes.

Hand Reflexology
Similar to a foot reflexology treatment but performed on your hands. You will receive the same effects and health benefits as a foot treatment. This is very good for those who do not like having their feet touched and is just as relaxing.
If you are looking to book a maternity/fertility/immune support/adaptedr eflextherapy treatment, you will book this treatment and simply specify your expectations when arranging your appointment.
Time in total: 60 minutes (Inc 15 min consultation)
